摘 要:随着配电网智能化的发展,智能配变终端的市场需求量急剧增加,目前亟需一套检测系统对该类终端进行批量全自动检测。设计一种可以实现智能配变终端全自动检测的检测系统,在系统主站的统一管理下,DSP数字式信号源、PWM功率放大器、监视及电流切换模块等分工合作,以闭环回路的方式自动完成状态量采集和保护控制功能测试工作。该系统立足于批量、全面、全自动的检测理念,在满足实际通信规约的前提下,还能定制测试方案,以模拟不同的配电环境。经检测合格的终端可直接用于现场安装。该设计平台还适用于其他设备的检测,具有较好的推广利用价值。With the development of intelligent distribution network,the market demand for intelligent distribution terminals has increased sharply.At present,a detection system is urgently needed to perform batch automatic detection of such terminals.A detection system that can realize automatic detection of intelligent distribution transformer terminals is designed.Under the unified management of the main station of the system,the DSP digital signal source,PWM power amplifier,monitoring and current switching module,etc.work together to automatically complete the state quantity collection and protection control function test in the form of closed loop.The system is based on the concept of batch,comprehensive and automatic detection.On the premise of meeting the actual communication protocol,the test scheme can also be customized to simulate different power distribution environments.The qualified terminal can be directly used for field installation.The design platform is also applicable to the detection of other equipment,and has good promotion and utilization value.
