摘 要:在进线、母联分段和出线的多级开关接线系统中,当多条出线同时出现故障时,可能会出现进线优先满足动作条件而跳闸,导致无故障的出线间隔被切除而使停电范围扩大的现象。为了解决并发故障时进线优先跳闸的问题,提出了并发故障SF(Simultaneous Fault)的继电保护配置方案。该方案同时判断所有出线间隔故障电流情况,当两条及以上出线电流保护启动时,通过SF保护功能优先跳开故障出线。通过实验数据验证,该方案有效提高了系统可靠性和选择性。针对不同工程项目的限制条件,分别提出了分布式和集中式的实现方案,并对比分析了两种方案的优缺点,给出了对应的应用推荐。In the multi-level switch wiring system of incoming line,bus coupler section and outgoing line,when multiple outgoing lines fail at the same time,the incoming line may trip preferentially to meet the action conditions,resulting in the removal of the faultless outgoing line interval and the expansion of the blackout range.In order to solve the problem of priority tripping of incoming line with simultaneous fault,the relay protection configuration scheme of SF(simultaneous fault)is proposed.The scheme judges the fault current of all outgoing line intervals at the same time.When the current protection of two or more outgoing lines is started,the fault outgoing line will be tripped preferentially through the SF protection function.The experimental data show that the scheme effectively improves the system reliability and selectivity.According to the constraints of different engineering projects,distributed and centralized implementation schemes are proposed respectively,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are compared and analyzed,and corresponding application recommendations are given.
