摘  要:基于牵引变电所群贯通供电系统设计混合储能方案,提出基于SOC的混合储能器充放电功率自适应策略和分层控制策略,并在MATLAB/Simulink中建立系统模型,以实测数据进行验证,结果表明该方案可以实现牵引负荷的削峰填谷和再生能量的回收利用,降低三相电压不平衡度,实现电力系统和牵引供电系统共赢。In this paper,a hybrid energy storage scheme is designed based on the interconnected power supply system of traction substation group and an adaptive optimization strategy of charge and discharge power of hybrid accumulator based on SOC is proposed.Then the system model is established in MATLAB/Simulink,which is verified by the measured data.The results show that the scheme can realize the peak-cutting and valley-filling of traction load and the reutilization of regenerative energy,reduce the three-phase voltage unbalance degree,and achieve a win-win situation between the electric power system and the traction power supply system.
