中医药内外合治系统性硬化症的研究进展

摘　　要：系统性硬化症(systemic sclerosis,SSc)是以皮肤增厚和纤维化以及内脏器官受累(包括消化道、肺脏、心脏、肾脏等)为特征的结缔组织病。目前国内外尚无特效疗法,近年来中医药内外合治SSc取得令人满意的临床疗效,故本文立足SSc的病因病机、证候分型,结合近年来有关研究报道,将中医药内外合治SSc的研究进展做一综述,旨在为临床各证型SSc的研究及治疗提供参考。Systemic Sclerosis(SSC)is a connective tissue disease characterized by thickening and fibrosis of the skin and involvement of internal organs,including digestive tract,lungs,heart,kidneys,etc..At present,there is no specific therapy at home and abroad.In recent years,internal and external treatment of SSC with traditional Chinese medicine has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy.Therefore,based on etiology,pathogenesis and Syndrome classification of SSC,combined with relevant research reports in recent years,the research progress of internal and external treatment of SSC in traditional Chinese medicine was summarized as follows,in order to provide reference for research and treatment of various Clinical Syndrome types of SSC.
