摘 要:根据农宅在“回南天”和梅雨季节返潮结露的特点,以荆州典型农宅为案例,综合经济因素和环保因素,提出了采用生石灰除湿和改变通风换气次数除湿的方式。得出结论:一是农宅小型房间采用生石灰除湿相比空调等机械设备除湿方式更经济。二是返潮天开窗通风,随着室内通风换气次数的增加,室内湿环境状况变得不理想,地面返潮情况越来越严重,与人们有关返潮天气下通风改善室内湿环境认知相悖。According to the characteristics of the rural residential buildings in "days returning to the south" and the plum rain season,taking the typical rural residential buildings in Jingzhou as an example, combining economic factors and environmental protection factors, this paper proposes a way of dehumidification by using quick lime and changing the ventilation frequency. The conclusions are as follows: Firstly;compared with the dehumidification of mechanical equipment such as air conditioning, the dehumidification method of quick lime is more economical for small rooms of rural residential. Secondly, open the Windows for ventilation on the return tide day. With the increase of indoor ventilation and air exchange, the indoor wet environment becomes less ideal and the ground return tide becomes more and more serious, which is contrary to people’s cognition that ventilation can improve indoor wet environment in the return tide weather.
