环境温度对柴油机废气余热回收的影响

摘  要:为进一步完善船舶柴油机废气余热回收系统,以10 MW船用柴油机为例,参考现有系统主蒸汽0.65 MPa/270℃和补汽0.4 MPa/136℃的条件,采用一元流动计算方法和NUMECA三维计算方法,计算并分析汽轮机在环境温度25℃和45℃两种条件下主推力机100%负荷时各级发电量和各级叶栅的静压分布情况。研究表明,当柴油机100%负荷时,对于同一汽轮发电机组而言,以环境温度25℃时作为设计点,更有利于汽轮机叶片安全运行。In order to further improve the waste heat recovery system of marine diesel engine exhaust gas, taking 10 MW marine diesel engine as an example, applying unary flow calculation method and NUMECA three-dimensional calculation method were adopted to refer to the existing conditions of main steam 0.6MPa/270 ℃and supplementary steam 0.4 MPa/136 ℃. To calculate and analyze the static pressure distribution of the power generation at al levels and louver at 100% load of the main thruster engine distribution at ambient temperature 25 ℃and 45 ℃. The results show that when the diesel engine is at 100% load, it is more advantageous for the turbine blade to run safely when the ambient temperature is 25 ℃ for the same turbo generator set.
