摘　　要：随着三元正极材料市场需求的不断增加,制造企业需不断进行提产降本项目提高其在行业内的竞争力。但此过程中会出现诸多问题,对生产过程中烧结窑炉由双层钵改为三层钵后所产生的匣钵结晶进行原因分析,通过对不同条件的窑炉及辊棒对比,发现匣钵结晶为一种β型锂辉石固溶体,可通过改善窑炉气氛、增加匣钵调换装置控制其产生。With the increasing market demand of ternary cathode material,manufacturing enterprises need to improve their industry competitive power which the item of increase production and reduce cost.However,there would be many problems.The cause of saggar crystallization after the sintering furnace changed from two layers to three layers was analyzed.Through the comparison which under the different conditions of kilns and roller,it is found that saggar crystallization is aβspodumene solid solution,the generate can be controlled by improving furnace atmosphere and adding saggar exchange device.
