摘  要:以稀土化合物REMg_(2)Ni(RE=La、Pr和Nd)作为添加剂,采用机械球磨的方法制备了Mg_(2)Ni和Mg_(2)Ni-18%(质量分数,下同)REMg_(2)Ni储氢合金,研究了添加剂对Mg_(2)Ni-18%REMg_(2)Ni储氢合金物相组成、显微形貌和储氢性能的影响,并与纯Mg_(2)Ni进行了对比分析。结果表明,充分氢化后RE=La、Pr和Nd时储氢合金的物相主要由稀土氢化物和Mg_(2)NiH_(4)组成,充分放氢后RE=La、Pr和Nd时储氢合金的物相主要由稀土氢化物和Mg_(2)Ni组成,且Mg_(2)NiH_(4)相和Mg_(2)Ni相的晶胞体积都相对纯Mg_(2)Ni较小。稀土化合物添加剂有助于提升放氢速率和氢扩散性能,且RE=Pr时储氢合金的放氢速率最快、最大放氢量高、氢扩散性能改善效果最好,这主要与储氢合金中PrH_(2.37)相最为细小、均匀,Mg_(2)NiH_(4)相晶胞体积小有关。Mg_(2)Ni and Mg_(2)Ni-18%REMg_(2)Ni hydrogen storage alloys were prepared by mechanical ball milling with rare earth compounds REMg_(2)Ni(RE=La、Pr and Nd)as additives,the effects of additive types on phase composition,microstructure and hydrogen storage properties of Mg_(2)Ni-18%REMg_(2)Ni hydrogen storage alloys were studied and compared with pure Mg_(2)Ni.The results show that,when RE=La、Pr and Nd are fully hydrogenated,the phases of the hydrogen storage alloy are mainly composed of rare earth hydride and Mg_(2)NiH_(4);when RE=La、Pr and Nd are fully hydrogenated,the phases of the hydrogen storage alloy are mainly composed of rare earth hydride and Mg_(2)Ni,and the cell volumes of Mg_(2)NiH_(4)and Mg_(2)Ni are smaller than those of pure Mg_(2)Ni.Rare earth compound additives help to improve the hydrogen release rate and hydrogen diffusion performance,and when RE=Pr,the hydrogen release rate of hydrogen storage alloy is the fastest,the maximum hydrogen release is the highest,and the improvement effect of hydrogen diffusion performance is the best,which is mainly related to the smallest and uniform PrH_(2.37)phase,together with the smallest cell volume of Mg_(2)NiH_(4)phase in hydrogen storage alloy.
