中国大学生男子篮球队比赛成绩影响因素评价模型构建研究

摘　　要：以中国大学生男子篮球比赛成绩影响因素为研究对象,运用文献资料法、德尔菲法等,通过构建比赛成绩影响因素评价模型,对中国大学生男子篮球队比赛成绩影响因素进行分析。研究结果表明:中国大学生男子篮球比赛成绩影响因素主要分为竞赛内部核心、竞赛外部核心、竞赛辅助手段、竞赛环境等四大影响因素。其中竞赛内部核心因素与竞赛辅助手段因素是制约中国队比赛成绩提升的主要因素,具体表现在教练员执教能力差,运动员比赛能力低、球队医疗、科研配置不健全,教育、体育两大系统政策机制不完善,大学生篮球运动员培养方式不尽合理。并提出相应建议:教育与体育部门联合建立大学生运动员培养机制,明确培养方式;完善教练员培养体系、严格持证上岗、考级制度;完善科研与医疗训练团队设施,促进教练员执教能力提升,增强大学生运动员比赛能力,使大学生篮球比赛接轨职业联赛,提升大学生篮球联赛社会关注度,从而更好的促进大学生篮球联赛的可持续开展。By using the methods of literature, Delphi and other analysis, this paper takes the influencing factors of Chinese university men’s basketball game performance as the research object, to analyze the influencing factors of Chinese university men’s basketball team game performance by constructing the evaluation model of game performance influencing factors. The research results showed that the factors influencing the game performance of Chinese university men’s basketball team were mainly divided into four major influencing factors, such as internal core of the competition, external core of the competition, competition auxiliary means and competition environment. Among them, the core factors within the competition and the competition auxiliary factors are the main factors that restrict the Chinese team’s game performance, specifically, the poor coaching ability of coaches,the low game ability of athletes, the inadequate medical and scientific research configuration of the team, the imperfect policy mechanism of the two systems of education and sports, and the unreasonable way of training college basketball players. Suggestions: education and sports departments should jointly establish a mechanism for training college athletes and clarify the training methods;improve the coaching training system, strict certification and examination system;improve scientific research and medical training team facilities, improve the coaches’ coaching ability, enhance college athletes’ playing ability, make college basketball games align with professional leagues, improve the social attention of college basketball league, to promote the sustainable development of the University Basketball League.
