栽培因素对山药品质的影响研究

摘　　要：长期连作、肥药过量施用等栽培和管理模式易导致耕地质量下降,影响山药块茎产量和品质的稳定性。基于山药种植实践和试验研究,从品种选育以及种苗、种植模式、密度、灌溉、肥料施用等方面分析栽培条件对山药质量和产量的影响规律,为山药规模化种植提供借鉴。Cultivation and management modes such as long-term continuous cropping and excessive application of fertilizer and medicine can easily lead to the decline of cultivated land quality,and affect the stability of the yield and quality of Rhizoma Dioscorea.Based on the practice and experimental study of Rhizoma Dioscorea planting,this paper analyzes the effects of cultivation conditions on Rhizoma Dioscorea quality and yield from the aspects of variety selection,seedlings,planting pattern,density,irrigation,fertilizer application,etc.,and provides reference for Rhizoma Dioscorea large-scale planting.
