摘　　要：针对大棚保温帘人工收放作业劳动强度大、工作效率低、易造成保温帘分布不均等问题,设计一种GDL80型轨道式大棚卷帘机。介绍卷帘机整机结构及关键零部件设计,计算输出转速、输出扭矩、工作幅宽、阻力扭矩等相关参数。试验结果表明,该卷帘机设计参数能够满足机具要求,可有效完成保温帘卷放作业。In view of the problems of high labor intensity,low work efficiency and easy to cause uneven distribution of heat preservation curtain caused by manual rolling and releasing of greenhouse heat preservation curtain,a GDL80 track-type curtain rolling machine was designed.The whole structure and the design of key components of the curtain rolling machine were introduced.The output speed,output torque,working width,resistance torque and other related parameters were calculated.The test results show that the design parameters of the curtain rolling machine can meet the requirements of the machine and can effectively complete the rolling and releasing operation of the heat preservation curtain.
