以太网远程I/O模块在变频调速系统中的应用

摘　　要：针对某港口门座式起重机变频调速系统培训装置,根据分布式变频调速控制的要求,提出运用以太网远程I/O模块实现变频调速的解决方案。通过构建以太网远程I/O控制应用系统的组成、布置与硬件组态,论述主站、从站、监控主机对应的软件组态与设置方法,并简要介绍主站与从站其他远程链接方式。For the training device of frequency conversion speed regulating system of a port gantry crane,according to the requirements of distributed frequency conversion speed regulating control,the solution of using Ethernet remote I/O module to realize frequency conversion speed control is proposed.By constructing the composition,layout and hardware configuration of Ethernet remote I/O control application system,this paper discusses the corresponding software configuration and setting methods of master station,slave station and monitoring host,and briefly introduces other remote link methods between master station and slave station.
