摘  要:绥中发电有限责任公司Ⅰ期2×800 MW俄制机组采用超临界压力参数、一次中间再热直流锅炉,为提高机组运行经济性,同时满足环保指标要求,机组进行了一系列技术改造,单机容量增至880 MW。改造后机组启动过程中存在初期启动用蒸汽流量不足、汽温偏斜、干湿态转换时受热面壁温易超温、汽泵并列运行稳定性差等问题。结合机组启动期间运行数据和设备状态,分析问题原因并提出针对性的应对措施,能够较好地缓解以上问题,缩短了机组启动时间,提高了机组运行的安全性和稳定性。Suizhong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.phase I 2×800 MW Russian made units adopt supercritical pressure parameters,primary intermediate reheatonce-through boilers.In order to improve the operation economy of the units and meet the requirements of environmental protection indicators,the units have carried out a series of technical transformation,and the single machine capacity has been increased to 880 MW.During the start-up of the unit after transformation,there are some problems,such as insufficient steam for initial start-up,deviation of steam temperature,easy overheating of heating surface wall temperature during dry and wet state conversion,poor parallel operation stability of steam pumps.Combined with the units operation data and equipments status during start-up,it analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward targeted countermeasures.It is verified that it can better alleviate the above problems,shorten the units start-up time and improve the safety and stability of the units operation.
