摘 要:通过对东北及华北区域部分火电机组技术监督,发现厂用电高压系统两段零序过流保护出口与厂用电快切装置实际动作不配合的问题。造成此问题的主要原因主要有2个,一是由于零序过流保护Ⅰ段出口不能迅速返回,二是由于厂用电快切装置切换逻辑不能达到厂用高压系统单相接地Ⅰ段与Ⅱ段保护出口要求。根据DL/T 1502—2016《厂用电继电保护整定计算导则》定值计算要求以及微机厂用电快切装置切换逻辑,详细阐述了导致厂用电源切换失败的主要原因,并通过原因分析,提供了几种改进方法可以解决相应问题。Through technical supervision of some thermal power generating units in Northeast China and North China,it is found that the zero-sequence overcurrent protection outlet at both ends of the auxiliary power high voltage system does not match the actual operation of the auxiliary power fast cutting device.There are two main reasons for this problem.One is that the exit of section I of zero sequence overcurrent protection can't return quickly.The other is that the switching logic of the plant fast cutting device can't meet the export requirements of section I and II of the single-phase grounding of the plant high voltage system.In view of the above problems,it expounds the main reasons for the failure of the switching of the auxiliary power supply in detail according to the fixed value calculation requirements of DL/T 1502—2016 Guidelines for Setting Calculation of Auxiliary Power Protection and the switching logic of the microcomputer auxiliary power fast switching device.Through reason analysis,it provides several improvement methods to solve the corresponding problems.
