摘 要:为扩展纳米TiO_(2)的光响应范围,以具有保护作用的鲜芦荟提取液作为反应体系,使用水热法制备C自掺杂的小粒径TiO_(2)纳米颗粒(C-TiO_(2));使用Raman光谱、能量散射光谱(EDS)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射光谱(XRD)及紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)等对C-TiO_(2)的尺寸、形貌、成分、晶型以及能带结构进行分析。结果表明:C-TiO_(2)的粒径小且均匀,分散性好,C元素取代了一部分Ti原子进入TiO_(2)晶格,形成Ti—O—C的结构,导致TiO_(2)晶格中晶格应变和结构缺陷的产生;TiO_(2)的光响应范围扩展到可见光区域,降低了TiO_(2)的禁带宽度,提升其可见光响应能力,是同等条件下P25的4.59倍,循环性能良好。In order to expand the light response range of nano-TiO_(2),C-self-doped TiO_(2) nanoparticles with small size(C-TiO_(2))were prepared by hydrothermal method using fresh aloe extract with protective effect as reaction system.Raman spectrum,EDS images,XPS,SEM,TEM,XRD and UV-Vis DRS were used to characterize the size,morphology,crystal structure and band structure of C-TiO_(2).The results show that the particle size of C-TiO_(2) is small and uniform,and the dispersion is good.The element C replaces part of Ti atoms into the TiO_(2) lattice,forming the Ti—O—C structure,resulting in the formation of lattice strain and structural defects in the TiO_(2) lattice.The light response range of TiO_(2) is extended to visible light region,the band gap width of TiO_(2) is reduced.And the visible light response capacity of TiO_(2) was improved,which is 4.59 times that of P25 under the same conditions,and the cycle performance is good.
