摘 要:[目的/意义]21世纪以来,高新技术产业安全成为世界各国(地区)面临的共同问题,借助情报分析来实现情报资源最优配置,防范产业安全风险,是统筹产业安全与发展的重要解决之道。[方法/过程]从情报视角出发,结合资源组拼理论,构建包含物质组拼、劳动组拼、技能组拼、需求组拼和制度组拼五大维度的高新技术产业安全韧性影响因素分析模型,并基于结构方程法,结合182份问卷调查结果进行实证检验。[结果/结论]情报视角下资源组拼对高新技术产业安全韧性具有明显的促进作用,且物质组拼、劳动组拼、技能组拼、需求组拼和制度组拼之间存在相互影响。结合复杂性理论观点能全面理解高新技术产业安全韧性,关注影响产业安全韧性要素协同演进的动态过程,从而为更好地理解影响产业安全韧性的机理和情报管理策略提供建议。[Purpose/Significance]Since the 21st century,high-tech industrial security has become a common prob⁃lem faced by countries all over the world.Using intelligence analysis to realize the optimal allocation of intelligence re⁃sources and prevent industrial security risks is an important solution to coordinate industrial security and development.[Method/Process]From the perspective of intelligence,combined with the resource bricolage theory,this paper construc⁃ted an analysis model of the influencing factors of high-tech industrial security resilience,including five dimensions:mate⁃rial bricolage,labor bricolage,skill bricolage,demand bricolage and system bricolage,and made an empirical test based on the structural equation method and the results of 182 questionnaires.[Result/Conclusion]From the perspective of intel⁃ligence,resource assembly can significantly promote the high-tech industrial security resilience,and there are two-way in⁃teractions among material bricolage,labor bricolage,skill bricolage,demand bricolage and system bricolage.Combined with the viewpoint of complexity theory,it can fully understand the industrial safety resilience and pay attention to the dy⁃namic process of the coordinated evolution of the factors affecting the high-tech industrial safety resilience,so as to provide suggestions for a better understanding of the mechanism and intelligence management strategies affecting the industrial safety resilience.
