摘  要:本研究以教师专业学习共同体理论为基础,采用叙事研究方法对海外汉教硕志愿者教师在共同体中的成长历程进行深入探究。结果显示,汉教硕在共同体中逐渐成长,共同体是其实现自主专业成长的有效平台:从“工作需要”到“自我实现”、从“自由参与”到“制度建设”“回到舒适区”的经历正视情绪劳动的价值、出现“讨论—实践—反馈—再讨论”的行动研究的雏形,以及教师文化从“孤立”走向“合作”,这些转变呈现了汉教硕在共同体中的自我超越与发展。本研究发现,教师专业学习共同体是教师专业成长的有效路径,对提升汉教硕培养质量和促进教师专业发展具有重要启示。Based on the theory of Teacher Professional Learning Community,taking the overseas Chinese teacher volunteers of MTCSOL(Masters of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages)from a Confucius Institution in Europe as the research object,this study deeply explores the growth process and influencing factors in the learning community by using narrative research method.It finds that MTCSOL grow up gradually in the community,and the community is an effective platform for their independent professional development.First,their attitudes change from“work requirement”to“self-realization”through the motivation adjustment process.Second,the content and frequency of activities change from“free participation”to“system construction”.The third is the objective assessment to the value of emotional labor of“go back to the comfort zone”.The fourth is the embryonic form of action research appears with“discussion practice feedback again discussion”.Last,the transformation of teacher culture from“isolation”to“cooperation”.The findings of this study fully prove that teacher professional learning community is an effective path for teachers’professional growth,which has important implications for improving the quality of training and promoting teacher professional development.
