昆虫椿象致足底橙色色素斑一例

摘　　要：患者,男,2岁。发现右足底橙色斑片2天。家属反馈家中见到臭虫(椿象)。皮肤镜检查:足底皮肤表面的橙色色素沉着,中间色素融合,周边色素沿皮嵴分布。诊断:椿象致足底橙色色素斑。予以酒精清洗无效果,随访2周色斑逐渐消退。A 2-year-old boy presented with an orange patch on the right sole was found for 2 days.Feedback from family members:stink bug are seen in the home.Dermoscopy:Orange pigment on the surface of the plantar skin was calm,with fused intermediate pigments and peripheral pigments distributed along the cutaneous ridge.Th diagnosis of orange pigment spot on sole of foot caused by stink bug was made.Alcohol washing was ineffective,and the stains gradually disappeared after two weeks of follow-up.
