摘 要:褐铁矿型红土镍矿是当前冶炼镍铁的重要原材料,但是由于该种类红土矿结晶水含量高、铁含量高的特性,导致该类型红土矿具有高同化性和流动性,对烧结生产造成了巨大的影响。针对不锈钢企业使用褐铁矿型红土镍矿的烧结过程中出现的成品率低、质量差的问题,以某烧结厂生产工艺参数为基准,通过烧结杯试验采用控制变量法单因素分析褐铁矿型红土镍矿烧结过程中布料方式、煤粉配比、碱度及煤粉粒度对烧结过程的影响,从而对以褐铁矿型红土镍矿为原料的烧结厂的实际生产提供指导。试验设计得出的几种因素均对褐铁矿型红土镍矿烧结有很强的相关性,当采用偏析布料、煤粉配比为7.2%、碱度为1.6、煤粉粒度为1~5mm时,可获得成品率为75.06%,转鼓指数为58.02%的烧结矿,利用系数为0.89t·m^(-2)·h^(-1),固体燃耗为131.74kg/t。The limonite laterite nickel ore is an important raw material for smelting nickel-iron at present,but due to the characteristics of high crystal water content and high iron content,this type of laterite ore has high assimilation and mobility,which has a great impact on sintering production aiming at stainless steel enterprise use the problems of low yield and poor quality in the sintering process of limonite laterite nickel ore.Based on the production process parameters of a sintering plant.the sinter pot experimen,Through the sinter cup test,the influence of distribution mode,coal powder ratio,alkalinity and coal particle size on the sintering process of limonite laterite nickel ore was analyzed by single factor control variable method.The practical production of the sintering plant with limonite laterite nickel ore as raw material is guided.The results show that the experimental results show that several design factors have a strong correlation with the sintering of limonite-type laterite nickel ore.sinter with a yield of 75.06%,drum index of 58.02%,utilization coefficient of 0.89t·m^(-2)·h^(-1) and solid burnup of 131.74kg/t can be obtained when the separation cloth,coal powder ratio of 7.2%,alkalinity of 1.6and coal powder particle size of 1~5mm are adopted.
