摘 要:针对马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司65t顶底复吹转炉不同炉衬部位侵蚀状况,从提高转炉炉龄和控制合理炉型角度出发,通过改进溅渣护炉工艺,并利用“棒材废钢渣补、转炉终渣固渣护炉、湿法喷补、贴砖维护、手投料护炉”等转炉炉况综合性维护技术,达到了提高炉衬使用寿命和降低耐材消耗的目的。与常规单一炉况维护方法相比,转炉炉龄由22000炉提高至25000炉,转炉炉型合格率由80.73%提高至90.51%,吨钢耐材用量下降了0.13 kg/t,为转炉持续高效生产提供保障。In view of the erosion status of different lining parts of 65ttop and bottom combined blowing converter in Ma'anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,from the perspective of improving the service life of the converter and controlling the reasonable furnace shape,the purpose of improving the service life of the lining and reducing the consumption of refractory materials is achieved by improving the slag splashing and furnace protection process,and using the comprehensive maintenance technology of converter conditions such as"bar scrap slag repair,converter final slag solid slag protection,wet gunning,brick maintenance,manual feeding and furnace protection".Compared with the conventional single furnace maintenance method,the furnace life of the converter is increased from 22000to 25000,the qualification rate of the converter is increased from 80.73%to 90.51%,and the amount of refractory per ton of steel is reduced by 0.13kg/t,which provides a guarantee for the continuous and efficient production of the converter.
