板型控制系统在二十辊可逆轧机的应用实践

摘　　要：山东泰嘉不锈钢二十辊可逆轧制机组主要生产400系不锈钢卷,机组设计有板型辊和自动板型控制系统,采用压电式压力传感器进行数据检测的安德里茨森德威BFI板型辊,具有高精度、高分辨率和良好的动态性能,为板型控制提供了基础条件。通过初期板型控制系统在轧机的调试和实践应用,针对成品板型出现的钢带应力集中和不规则浪形缺陷进行了数据分析,明确了产生原因和解决措施,通过对辊形匹配和各类浪形组合进行优化调整,使板型自动控制中的ASU凸度调整和一中间辊串辊调整更具适用性,能够根据热轧原料数据和实际检测数据调整出稳定且规律性一致的成品板型,实现了设定与实际板型的吻合,有效提高了轧制板型质量,满足了产品使用要求。Shandong tai jia twenty reversible rolling unit mainly produces stainless steel 400series stainless steel coil,design of unit type plate type roller and automatic control system,using piezoelectric pressure sensor is used to detect the data of andreas,Mr Wei BFI roller plate type,high precision,high resolution and good dynamic performance,provide the basis for the plate shape control conditions.Through early plate type control system in the debugging and application practice of the mill,in view of the finished product plate type steel band of stress concentration and irregular wave shape defects analyzed data,has been clear about the causes and solutions,and through the roll shape matching and all kinds of ribbon combination optimization adjustment,make the plate type automatic control of ASU crown adjustment and a middle roller series roller more applicability,According to the data of hot rolling raw material and the actual test data,the stable and regular finished plate shape can be adjusted,which can realize the consistency between the setting and the actual plate shape,effectively improve the rolling plate quality,and meet the requirements of product use.
