煤粉影响格栅加筋道砟力学特性的细观分析

摘  要:为了研究格栅道砟界面力学响应及煤粉对格栅加筋性能的影响,基于颗粒流软件,对5组不同数量煤粉侵入格栅加筋道砟试样进行一系列拉拔试验,系统分析格栅拉拔力及轴力的发展规律,研究了煤粉的运动状态及对道砟法向接触力的影响。结果表明,随着法向应力的增加,峰值拉拔力出现滞后性,且首条横肋承担主要的拉拔荷载;加载箱内煤粉呈不均匀分布,在拉拔过程中更多的煤粉逐渐下沉;随着煤粉数量的增加,对试样的剪缩剪胀行为有显著的影响,从细观角度分析,法向接触力逐渐减小。Effects of the interface characteristics between geogrid and ballast and coal fines on the geogrid performance were investigated by employing particle flow code(3D),a series of pull-out tests were carried out on five groups geogrid reinforced ballast specimens with different quantities of coal fines,the development law of geogrid pull-out force and axial force were systematically analyzed and the motion state of coal particles and its influence on the normal contact force among ballasts were studied.The results show that the peak pull-out forces appear hysteresis with the increase of normal stress,and the first transverse rib bears the main pull-out load,the coal fines are not evenly distributed in the testing box,and more coal particles gradually sink during the pull-out process,the dilation-shear compaction of the samples is significantly influenced by the amount of coal fines from a meso perspective,the normal contact force gradually decreases.
