摘　　要：战伤救治是特殊的医疗卫生服务,是综合、系统的救治措施。我国距离标准化的院前创伤救治体系的目标还存在诸多问题,而战术战伤救治是具有较强实践性特点的院前战创伤急救指南。本文借鉴美军现场急救策略,建立时效救治与延时现场救护相统一的保障理念,结合院前创伤救治的特点及现状,详尽分析院前创伤核心救治技能相应要求。针对队属医院在平战时期具体职责不同,在训练与实践中,把救治活动纳入科学救治的运作之中,提出了加强队属医院院前创伤救治工作的几点启示,旨在提高队属医院平战医疗保障职能。War wounded management is a special medical service that requires comprehensive and systematic treatment strategies.In China,there are still many problems in the way to achieve a standardized pre-hospital trauma care system.The American Tactical Combat Casualty Care is a practical guide for the pre-hospital care of combat injuries.The authors summarize the on-site first aid strategy of the US Army.By integrating the concept of time-effect treatment and prolonged field care and combining the characteristics and current situations of pre-hospital trauma care,the core management skills of pre-hospital trauma care is listed in detail.In view of the specific responsibilities of military central hospitals during peacetime and wartime,medical service activities should be incorporated into routine training and practice to improve the scientificity and proficiency.Moreover,several points of enlightenment on how to strengthen the pre-hospital trauma care of military central hospitals are proposed,so as to improve their service functions at both peacetime and wartime.
