摘　　要：FDI知识溢出是推动我国高技术产业创新能力提升的重要途径。利用2004—2016年高技术产业的行业面板数据,以吸收能力为门槛变量,通过门槛效应模型探究FDI知识溢出对创新产出的非线性影响。结果表明:FDI知识溢出能够显著提升高技术产业创新产出,且经稳健性检验依然成立;FDI知识溢出与高技术产业创新产出之间存在显著的吸收能力双重门槛效应,其中,R&D投入、人力资本、技术改造与开发应用均存在最低门槛,主要体现为,随着吸收能力跨越最低门槛,FDI知识溢出对高技术产业创新产出的影响作用逐渐增强;企业外向度、政府支持均有利于高技术产业创新产出的提升,而企业规模具有显著的抑制作用。为此,应积极鼓励高技术产业引进优质FDI,分类引导内外资企业开展交流合作,提升自身吸收能力,推动高技术产业创新迭代。FDI knowledge spillover is an important way to promote the innovation ability of China’s high-tech industry.Using the industry panel data of high-tech industries from 2004 to 2016,taking absorption capacity as the threshold variable,this paper explores the nonlinear impact of FDI knowledge spillovers on innovation output through the threshold effect model.The results show that FDI knowledge spillover can significantly improve the innovation output of high-tech industries,and it is still valid after the robustness test;There is a significant dual threshold effect of absorptive capacity between FDI knowledge spillover and high-tech industry innovation output.Among them,there is a minimum threshold for R&D investment,human capital,technological transformation and application,which is mainly reflected in that as the absorptive capacity crosses the minimum threshold,the impact of FDI knowledge spillover on high-tech industry innovation output gradually increases;The export-oriented degree of enterprises and government support are conducive to the innovation output of high-tech industries,while the size of enterprises has a significant inhibitory effect.Therefore,we should actively encourage high-tech industries to introduce high-quality FDI,guide domestic and foreign-funded enterprises to carry out exchanges and cooperation,improve their own absorption capacity,and promote the innovation iteration of high-tech industries.
