摘 要:针对某油田现场压裂返排液经过氧化破胶处理后仍含有较多有机污染物、悬浮物和油类物质的问题,提出了电解催化氧化-混凝沉降的联合处理技术,并优化了相关的工艺参数。电解催化氧化处理的最优工艺参数为氧化电压12 V,反应时间50 min,溶液pH=10,搅拌速率500 r/min。混凝沉降处理的最优工艺参数为选择复合混凝剂FHN-1,加量(ρ)优选3000 mg/L。现场压裂返排液经过电解催化氧化-混凝沉降联合处理后,其COD值可以降至35.6 mg/L,悬浮物含量(ρ)降至3.4 mg/L,含油量(ρ)降至1.5 mg/L,达到了一级排放标准的要求。Aiming at the problem that the fracturing flowback fluid in an oil field still contains more organic pollutants,suspended solids and oil substances after oxidative gel breaking treatment,the combined treatment technology of electrolytic catalytic oxidationcoagulation sedimentation is proposed,and the relevant process parameters are optimized.The optimum process parameters of electrolytic catalytic oxidation treatment are as follows:oxidation voltage is 12 V,reaction time is 50 min,solution pH value is 10 and stirring speed is 500 r/min.The optimum process parameters of coagulation sedimentation treatment are as follows:the composite coagulant FHN-1 is selected,and the recommended dosage is 3000 mg/L.After the combined treatment of electrolytic catalytic oxidationcoagulation sedimentation,the COD value of fracturing flowback fluid can be reduced to 35.6 mg/L,the suspended solids content(ρ)is as low as 3.4 mg/L,and the oil content(ρ)is as low as 1.5 mg/L,which can meet the requirements of discharge standard.
