摘  要:双列满装圆柱滚子轴承(NNF轴承)常用于低速重载工况,针对冶金生产线上使用的NNF轴承经常提前失效的问题,对某公司热轧板生产线上卷取机中使用的NNF轴承进行了研究。在ANSYS Workbench中建立有限元模型并进行瞬态动力学分析,得到不同径向载荷与转速工况下滚子与轴承内、外圈的接触应力和变形。基于构建的NNF轴承变形和力学平衡数学模型对建立的有限元模型进行验证。结果表明,建立的NNF轴承有限元模型与理论模型具有较好的一致性,转速对NNF轴承接触应力和变形的影响比径向载荷大,转速过高容易导致轴承的失效无法预测,为NNF轴承的设计和使用提供了参考。Double row full complement cylindrical roller bearings(NNF)are often used in low-speed and heavy-load conditions.Aiming at the problem that NNF bearings used in metallurgical production lines often fail early,the NNF bearings used in the coiler of a company′s hot-rolled sheet production line were studied.The finite element model was established in ANSYS Workbench and the transient dynamics analysis was carried out to obtain the contact stress and deformation between the roller and the inner and outer rings of the bearing under different radial load and rotational speed conditions.The finite element model established is verified based on the mathematical model of NNF bearing deformation and mechanical balance.The results show that the established finite element model of NNF bearing is in good agreement with the theoretical model,the influence of rotational speed on the contact stress and deformation of NNF bearing is larger than that of radial load,and too high rotational speed easily leads to the unpredictable failure of the bearing,which provides a reference for the design and use of NNF bearing.
