摘  要:铁渣转运过程中会产生大量粉尘,危害工人身体健康,因此掌握铁渣转运廊道内粉尘分布规律及其主要影响因素对降低粉尘浓度、保障作业人员身心健康尤为重要。对某钢铁企业铁渣转运廊道内风速、温湿度和呼吸性粉尘浓度进行了现场测定与分析,建立了廊道的三维几何模型,采用Fluent软件模拟了不同铁渣温度、室外环境温度、皮带运行速度条件下廊道内粉尘运移及分布规律,并与实测结果进行了对比分析,以验证模型的准确性和有效性。结果表明:人行道中间截面粉尘质量浓度沿廊道长度方向逐渐增大,且在廊道中后部粉尘质量浓度大于700μg/m^(3),超过工作场所粉尘浓度限值;廊道内粉尘质量浓度随铁渣温度升高而增大,随室外环境温度的增高而增大,随皮带运行速度的增加逐渐减小,综合考虑,皮带运行速度宜设定为2.5 m/s;通过正交实验设计与极差分析,得到皮带运行速度是影响粉尘浓度分布的主要因素,其次为铁渣温度、室外环境温度。该研究结果可为改善廊道内作业环境提供数据支撑和研究思路。A lot of dust will be generated during the transfer of iron slag,which will endanger the health of workers.Therefore,it is particularly important to master the dust distribution law and main influencing factors in the corridor to reduce the dust concentration and ensure the physical and mental health of operators.Through on-site measurement and analysis of wind speed,temperature and humidity,and respiratory dust concentration in the iron slag transfer corridor of a steel company,this paper establishes a three-dimensional geometric model of the transfer corridor and applies Fluent software to simulating the dust migration and distribution in the corridor under the conditions of different iron slag temperature,outdoor environment temperature and belt running speed,and then compares with the actual measurement results to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the model.The results are as follows:the dust mass concentration in the middle section of the sidewalk gradually increases along the length of the corridor,and the dust mass concentration in the middle and rear of the corridor is greater than 700μg/m~3,which exceeds the dust concentration limit in the workplace;the dust mass concentration in the corridor increases with the increase of iron slag temperature,and increases with the increase of outdoor environment temperature and gradually decreases with the increase of belt running speed.In conmprehensive consideration,the belt running speed can be set to 2.5 m/s.Through orthogonal experimental design and range analysis,it is concluded that the belt running speed is the main factor affecting the dust concentration distribution,followed by the iron slag temperature and the outdoor environment temperature.The research results can provide data support and research ideas for improving the working environment in the corridor.
