摘　　要：本文介绍了中山大学附属第一医院为解决临床药物试验中手工开立医嘱、手工记账、手工统计报表和在财务系统中手工报账等流程的不便,以及手工流程造成临床药物试验数据质量不高等问题,提出基于该院HIE平台的临床药物试验医嘱信息化闭环改造的需求。经过改造,该院临床药物试验的医嘱实现了全流程的电子化闭环管理,医嘱数据同时打通了医嘱管理系统、护理管理系统、门诊收费系统、医院APP系统、自助机和财务系统等,实现临床药物试验医嘱的业务流程与普通医嘱基本一致,提高了临床药物试验研究团队工作效率的同时,也让临床药物试验医嘱数据质量更有保证。This paper introduces a way to solve the problem of clinical drug trial in the manual generating orders,manual bookkeeping,manual statistics and manual processes such as reimbursement of inconvenience in the financial system in First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.Since manual processing of clinical drug trial data quality remains low,it is a solution that based on the hospital HIE platform of clinical drug trial orders informationization closed-loop modification.After modification,the hospital clinical drug trial orders to implement the whole process of digital closed loop management,orders data at the same time through the doctor's advice,nursing management system management system,outpatient charge system,hospital APP system,self service machine and the financial system,to implement the business process of clinical drug trial orders with regular orders.It not only improves the work efficiency of clinical drug trial research team,but also ensures the quality of medical advice data in clinical drug trial.
