摘  要:基于HPLC(宽带载波)台区采集的居民户表高频数据,以及相位识别结果,从总表三相24点电流数据中,每相取两个电流最小的时间点为计算点,以同相位居民户表平均电压为参考电压,以台区变压器容量所匹配的线路属性确定线路阻抗,测算整个台区每相电压的上、下限阀值,确定每相居民户表输入电压的范围,与采集系统采集的电压值比对,实现对居民户表电压失准的自动监测,及时发现计量故障、台区归属错误、烧表隐患等情况。方法在用电营销分析平台开发上线,经现场验证,监测准确率达到68%,提高了电压失准判断的效率,为用电营销的精细化管理提供了技术支撑。According to the high-frequency data of residential electricity meter collected based on the HPLC(broadband carrier waves)platform and the phase recognition results,this paper selects the minimum current value from the 24 points current data of the total table for each phase,takes the average voltage data of the same-phase residential electricity meter as the reference voltage,determines the line impedance by the line properties matching the platform transformer capacity,calculates the upper and lower limits of each phase voltage of the whole platform area,determines the range of input-voltage of each household meter,and compares it with the voltage value collected by the collection system to realize the automatic monitoring of voltage misalignment for the residential electricity meter,so as to timely detect measurement fault,platform area belonging error,burning table hidden danger,etc.This method is developed in the electricity marketing analysis platform,and the monitoring accuracy rate reached 68%after the field verification,it can improve the efficiency of voltage misalignment judgment and provide technical support for the fine management of electricity marketing.
