摘 要:针对空心板梁桥因抗剪承载力不足导致的腹板斜裂缝问题,提出采用空腔填充法加固,即在空心板梁端部填充高性能自密实混凝土的加固方法。沈海高速淮沭新河大桥一跨20 m空心板梁采用空腔填充法进行抗剪加固,通过静载试验对比分析加固前后板梁腹板主应力、梁底应变、跨中位移等参数变化,对该加固方法的效果进行评估。结果表明:加固后板梁腹板主应力比加固前下降50%以上,抗剪承载力提升明显;各板梁底应变在加固后都有不同程度的下降,下降幅度为20%~60%,跨中位移比加固前减小了10%~25%,提高了桥梁的整体刚度;且跨中位移横向分布系数更加均匀,对桥梁的整体性也有一定的改善。采用该方法对其它几跨空心板梁桥进行了抗剪加固,效果良好。A cavity fill technique is proposed to remedy the inclined cracks in the webs of the hollow core beam bridge that occurred due to the insufficient shear bearing capacity of the structure,namely to fill high performance self-consolidating concrete into the ends of the hollow core beams.The Huaishuxin River Bridge of Shenyang-Haikou Expressway consists of 20 m-long hollow core beams that have been strengthened by the cavity fill technique to improve shear bearing capacity.Static load tests were performed to examine the variations of the principal stresses in the webs,soffit strain and midspan displacement before and after the strengthening,and assess the effectiveness of the strengthening technique.The results demonstrate that after strengthening,the principal stresses in the webs decreased by more than 50%,meaning that the shear bearing capacity of the structure has gained significant improvement.The soffit strain exhibited varying extents of reduction either before or after the strengthening,about 20% to 60%.The midspan displacement diminished by 10% to 25%,indicating that the global rigidity of the bridge has been improved.The transverse distribution of midspan displacement becomes more uniform,which can lead to the improvement of integrity of the bridge.The technique has also been adopted to improve the shear bearing capacity of the hollow core beam in the remaining spans,and the strengthening effect is good.
