妇科内分泌疾病患者性激素类药物用药错误分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科内分泌疾病患者性激素类药物用药错误状况,构建预防措施并科学指导患者使用该类药物。方法研究对象均选自本院妇科接受性激素类药物治疗的300例内分泌疾病患者,统计错误用药情况及其原因。结果300例应用性激素类药物治疗的内分泌疾病患者中正确用药与错误用药分别为198、102例,治疗后正确用药组患者的临床疗效(93.43%)显著高于错误用药组(32.35%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);102例错误应用性激素类药物的患者中,出现私自用药患者10例(9.80%),剂量应用错误18例(17.65%),遗忘31例(30.39%),恐惧心理26例(25.49%),不良反应8例(7.84%),药理作用理解错误9例(8.82%)。结论性激素类药物错误使用现象在妇科内分泌疾病患者中较为常见,临床上可通过制定针对性干预措施以提高临床用药科学性、安全性以及可靠性。Objective To analyze the misapplication of sex hormone drugs in gynecological endocrinopathy patients in our hospital,to construct preventive measures,and to scientifically guide patients to use such drugs.Methods The research subjects were selected from 300 patients with endocrine diseases who received sex hormone drugs in the gynecology department of our hospital,the wrong medication and its reasons were counted.Results Among the 300 endocrine patients with hormone drugs,the correct and wrong drug use were 198 and 102,respectively.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the correct medication group(93.43%)was significantly higher than that of the wrong medication group(32.35%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 102 patients who misapplied sex hormone drugs,10 patients(9.80%)had self-medication,18 patients(17.65%)had wrong dose application,31 patients(30.39%)had amnesia,26 patients(25.49%)were afraid,and there were 8 cases(7.84%)of reaction,and 9 cases(8.82%)of misunderstanding of pharmacological effects.Conclusion The misuse of sex hormone drugs is common in patients with gynecological endocrinopathy.In clinical practice,targeted interventions can be formulated to improve the scientificity,safety and reliability of clinical drug use.
