主动免疫疗法联合黄体酮在习惯性流产治疗中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究主动免疫疗法联合黄体酮在习惯性流产治疗中的应用效果。方法选取100例习惯性流产患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分成对照组(50例)和研究组(50例)。对照组给予黄体酮治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合主动免疫疗法治疗。比较两组各项指标。结果治疗后,研究组妊娠成功率高于对照组;与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者血清人体免疫球蛋白G、人体免疫球蛋白M、CD4^(+)水平、红细胞压积、血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率均降低,且研究组低于对照组;CD8^(+)水平均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在习惯性流产患者中,行主动免疫疗法结合黄体酮治疗可有效提高妊娠成功率,改善机体免疫状态及血液流变学,安全性高。Objective To explore the application effects of active immunotherapy combined with progesterone in the treatment of habitual abortion.Methods A total of 100 patients with habitual abortion were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group(50 cases)and the research group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with progesterone,the research group was treated with active immunotherapy on the basis of the control group.The two groups of indicators were compared.Results After treatment,the pregnancy success rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group.Compared with before treatment,the levels of IgG,IgM,CD4^(+),PV,HCT and ESR in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the research group was lower than the control group;CD8^(+)level increased,the research group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with habitual abortion,active immunotherapy combined with progesterone treatment can effectively improve the success rate of pregnancy,improve the immune status and hemorheological indicators of the body,with high safety.
