二甲双胍联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨二甲双胍联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的临床效果。方法选取76例PCOS患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(38例)与研究组(38例)。对照组接受枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,研究组接受枸橼酸氯米芬联合二甲双胍治疗。两组均治疗3个月经周期。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后性激素、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平。结果治疗后,研究组临床总有效率(94.74%)明显高于对照组(78.95%);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组血清雌二醇、促卵泡生成素水平均升高,且研究组均高于对照组;两组血清促黄体生成素、睾酮、FINS水平均降低,研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗PCOS可以调节患者的性激素水平,改善机体代谢,提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of metformin combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 76 patients with PCOS were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group(38 cases)and the research group(38 cases)by random number table method.The control group received clomiphene citrate treatment,and the research group received clomiphene citrate combined with metformin treatment.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy after treatment,sex hormone levels and fasting insulin(FINS)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the research group(94.74%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.95%);Compared with before treatment,the levels of estradiol and follicle-stimulating hormone in the two groups increased after treatment,and the research group was higher than the control group;Luteinizing hormone,testosterone,and FINS levels in the two groups decreased,the research group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of PCOS patients can regulate the level of sex hormones,improve the metabolic function of patients,and improve the therapeutic effect.
