产后综合护理干预在妊娠合并糖尿病产妇中的应用效果及对其负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨产后综合护理干预在妊娠合并糖尿病产妇中的应用效果及对其负性情绪的影响。方法选取本院收治的156例妊娠合并糖尿病产妇,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(78例,常规护理)、观察组(78例,产后综合护理),两组均护理1个月。比较两组产妇护理前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平、生活质量、睡眠状况及不良情绪评分。结果与护理前比,护理后两组产妇FBG、2 h PG、HbAlc水平、睡眠质量、焦虑评分、抑郁评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组;生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并糖尿病产妇应用产后综合护理干预可以调节血糖水平,改善睡眠质量,缓解不良情绪,提升整体生活质量。Objective To investigate the application effects of postpartum comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and its influence on negative emotions.Methods A total of 156 pregnant women with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the control group(78 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(78 cases,postpartum comprehensive nursing)according to the random number table method.Both groups were nursing for 1 month.The levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),quality of life,sleep status scores,and adverse mood scores were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Compared with before nursing,the levels of FBG,2 h PG,HbAlc,sleep quality,anxiety scores and depression scores of the two groups decreased after nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group;the quality of life scores increased,and the the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum comprehensive nursing intervention for pregnant women with diabetes can regulate blood sugar levels,improve sleep quality,relieve negative emotions,and improve overall quality of life.
