摘　　要：“人民城市”的提出将城市建设的理论提上新的高度,在城乡差距日益扩大的趋势下,农村城市化成为城乡发展的现实需求。作为农村城市化的应有之义,美丽乡村建设将助力解决二元结构问题,实现城乡融合发展。本文以华侨城美丽乡村实践为例,阐述了乡村振兴的发展路径,提出“文旅融合+美丽乡村”和“产业帮扶+美丽乡村”的开发模式及主题创造的产品模式,为我国人民城市建设进程中的农村城市化提供经验借鉴。With the widening gap between urban and rural areas,China’s rural urbanization and development become more urgent.The OCT’s"beautiful countryside"project can help mitigate the great divergence of these areas and integrate their development.This paper elaborates on the paths of rural revitalization,and proposes development models such as"cultural tourism integrated with beautiful countryside,"and"industrial support for beautiful countryside,"and other productive model and themes.They together contribute to the ideal of the“People’s City.”
