拉贝洛尔联合醒脑静治疗妊娠期高血压合并脑出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期高血压合并脑出血孕产妇采用拉贝洛尔与醒脑静联合治疗的效果。方法48例样本均选自本院与河北医科大学第二医院收录的妊高症合并脑出血孕产妇,收录时间均在2011年1月至2021年5月,随机性的将样本划分为对照组与观察组各24例,对照组常规拉贝洛尔治疗、观察组拉贝洛尔联合醒脑静治疗。对比两组临床效果。结果治疗前组间血压及神经功能指标差异较小,治疗后两组均有显著改善,且观察组指标更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前组间炎症因子指标差异较小,治疗后两组指标均有改善,且观察组指标更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕产妇分娩成功率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕产妇在治疗期间并发症的发生率更低,安全性更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压合并脑出血孕产妇采用拉贝洛尔与醒脑静联合治疗的效果显著,能有效改善孕产妇的各项指标。Objective To investigate the effect of the combined treatment of labetalol and Xingnaojing in pregnant and lying-in women with gestational hypertension and cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The samples of 48 cases were selected from the pregnant and lying-in women with pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage collected by our hospital and the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University.And the observation group,24 cases in each group,the control group was treated with routine labetalol,and the observation group was treated with labetalol combined with Xingnaojing treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the differences in blood pressure and neurological function indexes between the groups were small.After treatment,both groups were significantly improved,and the indexes in the observation group were better,the comparison between the groups showed(P<0.05).Before treatment,the differences in inflammatory factor indexes between the groups were small,and after treatment,the indexes in both groups were improved,and the indexes in the observation group were better,the comparison between the groups showed(P<0.05).The delivery success rate of pregnant and lying-in women in the observation group was higher,the comparison between groups showed(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of pregnant and lying-in women in the observation group during treatment was lower,and the safety was higher,the comparison between groups showed(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of labetalol and Xingnaojing in pregnant and lying-in women with gestational hypertension and cerebral hemorrhage has a significant effect,and can effectively improve the indicators of pregnant and lying-in women.
