坤复康胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究慢性盆腔炎治疗中采取阿奇霉素联合坤复康胶囊的临床效果。方法选取106例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与试验组,每组53例。对照组采取阿奇霉素治疗,试验组采取坤复康胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后子宫动脉循环改善情况、炎性因子水平变化、中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组搏动指数(PI)、舒张期血流速度(Vd)及收缩期血流速度(Vs)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者PI指标低于对照组,Vd、Vs指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-21(IL-21)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组IL-2、IL-21及TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为94.34%(50/53),高于对照组的77.36%(41/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论坤复康胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性盆腔炎效果确切,具有一定的应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with Kunfukang capsule in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 106 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the experimental group was treated with Kunfukang capsule combined with azithromycin.The improvement of uterine artery circulation,changes of inflammatory factors,TCM syndrome scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pulsatile index(PI),diastolic blood flow velocity(Vd)and systolic blood flow velocity(Vs)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PI index of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the Vd and Vs indexes were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-21(IL-21)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-21 and TNF-αin the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.34%(50/53),which was higher than that of the control group 77.36%(41/53),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kunfukang capsule combined with azithromycin is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and has certain a
