性激素补充疗法在更年期妇女保健治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析性激素补充疗法在更年期妇女保健治疗中的效果。方法选取70例更年期妇女,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与干预组,每组35例。对照组采用常规保健治疗,干预组在对照组基础上采用性激素补充疗法。比较两组治疗前后激素指标及更年期症状评分。结果治疗前,两组卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素及雌激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,干预组卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素水平均低于对照组,雌激素水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组更年期症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,干预组更年期症状评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论性激素补充疗法在更年期妇女实施保健治疗中,能够有效改善激素水平及更年期症状,具有应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of hormone replacement therapy in the health care treatment of climacteric women.Methods 70 climacteric women were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,35 cases in each group.The control group received routine health care treatment,and the intervention group received sex hormone supplement therapy on the basis of the control group.Hormone indexes and menopausal symptom scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and estrogen between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of estrogen were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in menopausal symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the menopause symptom score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sex hormone replacement therapy can effectively improve hormone levels and menopausal symptoms in the implementation of health care treatment for menopausal women,which has application value.
