摘　　要：曼月乐节育环是目前唯一具有局部孕激素缓慢释放增强避孕效果的避孕方法,是最常用的一种宫内节育器。通过1例患者带曼月乐节育环出现生化妊娠,采用止血、止痛处理症状,加用米非司酮后血人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平降至正常的临床资料,探讨曼月乐节育环避孕失败的原因及生化妊娠的病因、临床表现及处理。The intrauterine Device(IUD)Mirena is currently the only contraceptive method with a slow release of local progestin to enhance the effectiveness of contraception,is the most commonly used one Intrauterine device.A case of biochemical pregnancy with menthol IUD was treated by hemostasis and pain control.After the addition of mifepristone IUD,the Chorionic gonadotropin level decreased to normal.To explore the causes of contraceptive failure with Mirena and the etiology,clinical manifestations and treatment of biochemical pregnancy.
