剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室经阴道手术治疗与宫腔镜手术治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨经阴道手术与宫腔镜手术在剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室(USD)患者中的应用效果。方法 本文以剖宫产术后USD患者为研究对象,一共120例,依据随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组,每组60例,对照组选择经阴道手术治疗,研究组选择宫腔镜手术治疗,术后随访6个月。比较两组各项指标。结果 与对照组相比,研究组患者的治疗有效率更高,术后6个月的复发率更低,平均每月出血时间、住院时间、手术时间更短,术中出血量与住院费用更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相比经阴道手术,剖宫产术后USD患者选择宫腔镜手术能够降低病情复发率和术中出血量,减少住院费用,缩短住院时间,进而促进术后恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of transvaginal surgery and hysteroscopic surgery for Uterine scar diverticulum(USD) after cesarean section. Methods A total of 120 patients with USD after cesarean section were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and research group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with vaginal surgery, and the research group was treated with hysteroscopy surgery, all were followed-up for 6 months after operation. The indicators of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the research group had higher treatment efficiency, lower recurrence rate 6 months after surgery,shorter average monthly bleeding time, hospitalization time, and operation time, and less intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization costs. the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with transvaginal surgery, hysteroscopic surgery for USD patients after cesarean section can reduce the recurrence rate and intraoperative blood loss, reduce hospitalization costs, shorten hospitalization time, and promote postoperative recovery.
