摘  要:采用热连轧机组制备出∅108 mm×14.5 mm×L的TC4钛合金无缝管材,测试分析了管材热处理前后的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:热连轧工艺生产的TC4钛合金无缝管材力学性能优良,组织呈现变形的过渡组织形貌,主要由大量扭曲变形的片层状α相以及未完全破碎的β晶界组成。经热处理后,组织形貌均匀,晶内片层α相变为棒状α相,晶界α相发生再结晶形成球状α相。TC4钛合金无缝管材经固溶时效处理后力学性能得到提升,其R_(m)≥995 MPa,R_(p0.2)≥931 MPa,A≥15%。TC4 titanium alloy seamless pipe with∅108 mm×14.5 mm×L was prepared by hot continuous rolling mill.The microstructure and mechanical properties of pipe were analyzed.The results show that the TC4 titanium alloy seamless pipe produced by hot continuous rolling process has fine mechanical properties,and the microstructure of the pipe shows deformed transitional microstructure,which is mainly composed of a large number of distorted lamellarαphase andβgrain boundaries that are not completely broken.After heat treatment,the microstructure of the pipe is uniform,the intra-crystalline lamellarαphase become rod-likeαphase,the grain boundaryαphase recrystallized and spherodized to form globularαphase.The mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy seamless pipe are improved by solution aging treatment,with R_(m)≥995 MPa,R_(p0.2)≥931 MPa and A≥15%.
