摘 要:针对一款空调风机用典型永磁同步电机存在的6倍频噪音问题,对电磁噪音的产生机理进行了研究。理论和实验分析表明冲裁剪切应力使硅钢片边缘组织的磁性恶化,增加了反电势畸变率,因此对有限元模型进行了修正,并以反电势畸变率为优化目标进行了转子外廓及槽口优化。样机实测反电势波形与仿真吻合,且噪音频谱分析显示电机6倍频噪音明显降低,实现了对转矩脉动和振动噪声的有效抑制。Aiming at the problem of 6 times frequency noise of a typical permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) for air-conditioning fan,the mechanism of electromagnetic noise is studied.Theoretical and experimental analysis shows that the blanking shear stress can worsen the magnetism of the edge of the steel sheet,and increase the total harmonics distortion (THD) of the back EMF.Therefore,the finite element model is modified,and the rotor profile and notch are optimized with the THD of the back EMF as the optimization goal.The measured back EMF waveform of the prototype is consistent with the simulation.The noise spectrum analysis shows that the 6 times frequency noise of the motor is significantly reduced,and the effective suppression of torque ripple and vibration noise is realized.
