摘 要:对大型复杂型面钛合金超塑成形/扩散连接模的气密性进行研究,分析现有模具气密性差的原因,并提出改进措施,基于改进措施进行工艺试验验证。试验结果表明,改进措施能有效提升模具气密性能,扩散连接阶段可以加载>1.5 MPa的高压氩气,保证了零件的扩散连接质量。The air tightness of superplastic forming/diffusion bonding die for titanium alloy with large complex surface was studied.The reasons for the poor air tightness of existing die were analyzed,and the improvement measures were put forward.The process verification test was carried out based on the improvement measures.The experimental results showed that the improved measures could effectively improve the air tightness of the die,and the diffusion bonding stage could be loaded with high-pressure argon gas greater than 1.5 MPa,which ensured the diffusion bonding quality of the parts.
