摘  要:结合发动机挂钩附件的成型要求及制造成本控制,将原方案中三板模结构改进为两板模结构,取消三块板模中的脱料板,在两板模型腔板的端面凹槽中嵌入一块可滑动的、合模时与流道板端面分流道碰合的拉料块,开模时由拉料块将浇口凝料拉断,实现三板模的功能,该结构降低了模具制造成本,提高了生产效率。Combined with the moulding requirements and cost control of engine hook attachment,The three-plate mould structure used in the original scheme was improved to a two-plate mould structure,the stripper plate was canceled,a slideable sprue puller block that collided with the rear face of the runner plate during mould closing was inserted into the groove on the front face of cavity plate in the two-plate mould.When the mould was opened,the gate curing plastic was pulled off by the sprue puller block to realize the function of three-plate mould.The structure reduced the mould manufacturing cost and improved the production efficiency.
