摘　　要：对核磁共振测井仪中复合材料元件泥浆排除器的成型工艺和成型模进行研究,通过对成型模进行结构设计、模具有限元分析及模具的制造,实现制品的成型,并在200℃、170 MPa压力的工况下对模具进行试验。生产实践表明,成型的制品尺寸、表观状态等各项性能均满足要求,成型模的应用节省了原材料,提升了制品的成品率。The moulding process and moulding mould of the composite component mud remover in nuclear magnetic resonance logging instrument were studied.Through the design of the moulding mould structure,the finite element analysis and mould manufacture,the moulding of the product was completed,and the test was carried out under the condition of 200℃and 170 MPa pressure.The production practice showed that the size,apparent state and other properties of the moulding products could meet the requirements,the application of the moulding mould saved raw materials and improved the product yield.
