摘 要:水轮机转轮叶片由于壁厚不均、型面复杂等原因,加工过程中容易出现变形、应力集中等问题,利用软件建立叶片3D模型和2种不同类型夹具模型,通过仿真模拟,对叶片在2种不同类型夹具结构支撑下开展仿真分析,获得叶片的总位移、米塞斯应力和单元应变能等分布情况,得出采用蜂窝型夹具对叶片加工变形量和残余应力更小的结论。经实际加工表明,采取蜂窝型夹具加工的叶片综合质量较好,为轴流式水轮机转轮叶片数控加工的夹具设计提供参考。Due to uneven wall thickness,complex profile and other reasons,the hydroturbine runner blade was prone to deformation and stress concentration in the machining process,the 3D model of blade and two different types of fixture models were established by software,through simulation module,the simulation analysis was carried out on blades supported by two different types of fixture structures,the distribution of total displacement,Mises stress and element strain energy of blades were obtained,and it was concluded that the machining deformation and residual stress of blades were smaller when honeycomb fixture was used.The actual machining showed that the comprehensive quality of the blade processed by this fixture was better,which provided a reference for the fixture design of NC machining of axial flow hydroturbine runner blade.
