摘　　要：冷柜内胆的模具原材料为铸铝,为了节省材料成本,以翻砂工艺制造铸铝毛坯,再由加工中心按图纸要求加工成模具形状,并在模具内部安装电加热管,用于加热模具,使塑料硬片变成流体状,包裹在模具零件外表面,在模具上加工若干排气孔,用于抽出成型塑件与模具零件外表面之间的空气,使成型塑件形状与模具零件形状完全一致。The raw materials of refrigerator inner-liner mould was aluminum,in order to save the materials cost,the casting aluminum blank was manufactured by the moulding process,and then processed into the mould shape by the machining center according to the drawing requirements,and an electric heating pipe was installed inside the mould to rapidly heat the mould,so that the plastic hard sheet becomed fluid and wrapped on the outer surface of the mould.A number of exhaust holes were processed in the mould to draw out the air between the moulding plastic parts and the outer surface of the mould,so that the shape of the moulding plastic parts was completely consistent with the shape of the mould.
