摘　　要：在1+X证书制度下,模具专业高素质“双师型”师资队伍建设需要政府、学校、企业、教师的共同努力。政府和学校要完善“双师型”教师引进机制;学校和教师要转变观念,担负自己的使命和职责;企业和学校要明确模具专业“双师型”教师评定标准,严格进行考核;学校和企业要加强合作,共同构建校企利益共同体。Under the 1+X certificate system,it need the joint efforts of the government,colleges,enterprises and teachers to build a high-quality"double-teacher"teaching staff in the die&mould specialty,the colleges and teachers should should change their concepts and shoulder their own missions and responsibilities.The government and colleges should perfect the introduction mechanism of"double-teacher"teachers.The enterprises and colleges should make clear the evaluation standards of"double-teacher"teachers of die&mould specialty and carry out strict assessment.The colleges and enterprises should strengthen cooperation and jointly build a colleges-enterprise community of interests.
