百年中国农地产权制度变革的政治经济学逻辑及其启迪

摘　　要：我国农地所有制结构的产权实现问题是马克思主义中国化政治经济学研究的重要命题。百年来,我国农地产权制度变革始终立足于坚持公有制发展方向与满足广大农民地权需求有机结合的政治经济学逻辑,这不仅是中国特色社会主义农地产权制度改革走向成功的重要历史经验,也是新时期我们在更高起点、更高目标上实现农地公有产权顶层设计和全面深入地权实践的有机统一必须遵循的基本规律。目前我国社会主义农地产权制度变革研究应当以农地占有关系调整为逻辑主线,着力优化农地公有制结构的产权重配。The realization of the property rights of China’s rural land ownership structure has been an important proposition in the study of the political economy of Sinicization of Marxism.Over the past century,the political economics logic of the reform of the rural land property rights system led by Communist Party of China has organically combined the development direction of public ownership with meeting the needs of farmers for land rights.It is not only an important historical experience for the success of the reform of the socialist rural land property rights system with Chinese characteristics,but also the basic law that we must follow in the new era to realize the organic unity of the top-level design of rural land public property rights and comprehensive and in-depth land ownership practice at a higher starting point and higher goals,and it also provides important enlightenment for the current“separation of three rights”reform of rural land and the implementation of the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy.At the present,the research on the reform of socialist rural land property rights in China should focus on the adjustment of rural land possession as the logical main line,and strive to optimize the property rights reconfiguration of the rural land public ownership structure.
