摘 要:目前蚕丝蛋白有3种常见的水解方法,即H_(2)SO_(4)法、H_(3)PO_(4)法和NaOH法,不同方法在水解程度上存在较大差异。本研究系统地比较了3种水解方法对水解多肽含量的影响。结果表明,3种方法水解蚕丝蛋白得到的多肽含量存在显著差异,即H_(2)SO_(4)法>H_(3)PO_(4)法>NaOH法。该研究为蚕丝丝素肽的高效制备提供了参考。At present,there are three common hydrolysis methods for silk protein,named the H_(2)SO_(4) method,the H_(3)PO_(4) method,and the NaOH method.Different methods have great differences in the degree of hydrolysis,but there is still a lack of research on the effect of different hydrolysis methods on polypeptide content.In this study,the effects of three hydrolysis methods on the content of hydrolyzed peptides were systematically compared,and the results showed that there were significant differences in the content of peptides obtained by the three hydrolysis methods,H_(2)SO_(4) method>H_(3)PO_(4) method>NaOH method.This study provides a reference for the efficient preparation of silk fibroin peptides.
